NEW December 17, 2017 Restricted Appraisal Report - Desktop Template. CAUTION: The Restricted Appraisal Report - Desktop is ONLY for one (1) intended user pursuant to USPAP, Standard 8-2. If the assignment requires multiple intended users, then you will be required to produce an Appraisal Report - Desktop. Since the Appraisal Report - Desktop is for multiple intended users, you can amend the Restricted Appraisal Report - Desktop by completing the following:

1. Add an "s" behind Intended User. Within WORD, click on "Find and Replace". "Find" Intended User and "Replace" with "Intended Users".

2. Within WORD, click on "Find and Replace". "Find" Restricted Appraisal Report - Desktop within WORD and "Replace" with Appraisal Report - Desktop.

3. REVIEW, REVIEW your work!

Remember... Everytime you do a new assignment, download the current Restricted Appraisal Report - Desktop. Read the blue and red sections and delete what is not applicable to your assignment. The black is boiler plate so you will need to keep the black typing. You will also need to obtain your own Economic Market Conditions.

Use the DESKTOP template whenever you do not see the equipment and someone else provides the data/pictures.

Prepare a sample Appraisal Report that conforms to guidelines set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The Report will be graded by two Certified Appraisers and pass the scrutiny of the Institute’s Peer Review Committee.
Attend a CMEA refresher course once a year.
Comply with continuing education requirements mandated by the Institute.
Comply with the ethics rule of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
