Tracey Jeffers, President of ValuPath Advisors, Inc. holds the senior-level Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) designation conferred by The Institute of Business Appraisers, the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designation conferred by the NEBB Institute and the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) designation awarded by the International Society of Business Analysts. In addition, Tracey holds a Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) credential from the International Society of Business Analysts and serves on its Educational Committee.
Jeffers has more than a decade of experience with valuations ranging from small businesses to multi-million dollar operating companies to holding companies with a variety of assets. Additionally, she has served as an expert witness on business valuation litigation matters.
Tracey was elected to the Institute of Business Appraisers’ Professional Responsibility Board in 2009 and served as chair during its inaugural year. She also serves on the Institute’s Qualifications Review Committee and was named an IBA 2009/2010 distinguished member. Tracey earned a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business. Jeffers is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, NEBB Institute and International Society of Business Analysts.
Locally, Tracey serves on the board of Financing Ozarks Regional Growth and Economy (FORGE) non-profit organization. Jeffers was honored with the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 recognition in 2006.
Tracey’s prior professional experience includes eight years as Center Director for the US Small Business Administration’s Small Business Development Center program in Louisiana and Arkansas, business ownership in the publishing industry and non-profit organization management.
