JJ Jiménez has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Dominican Republic.  Mr. Jiménez has been a Real Estate Appraiser for 35 years, and this experience is complemented by direct experience in developing housing projects for various investors and managing, leasing, and developing commercial real estate. Jiménez earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance concentration) from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
