With more than 25 years’ experience in the trucking, automotive, and capital equipment industries, Tim has held senior leadership roles across Australasia, including Dealer Principal at CablePrice Ltd (NZ), Dealer Principal/General Manager at Smallbone Ltd (NZ), General Manager of Daimler Trucks Canberra (AU), and Head of Sales at Eurocold Group (AU). In these positions, he consistently drove significant growth, established new dealerships, and managed multimillion-dollar operations with teams across multiple states and regions.

Today, Tim leads AVB Group in delivering globally benchmarked, audit-ready valuation reports for banks, insolvency practitioners, corporates, and government agencies. His unique combination of valuation certifications and auctioneer licenses enables him to offer end-to-end asset solutions: valuation, brokerage, and disposal — across both sides of the Tasman.
