Darryl Adkins began his career in 1988 as a manager and mechanic at a full-service station in Springfield, MO. This early experience laid a strong foundation in technical expertise and management skills. In 1994, Darryl transitioned into Law Enforcement, spending 17 years as a patrolman and 9 years as a corporal.

His time in law enforcement honed his analytical abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills. In 2011, he joined the Extradition Unit and was promoted to Sergeant in 2019, overseeing a team of 9 deputies and 2 assistants. This role required meticulous coordination, evaluation, and decision-making, further sharpening his appraisal capabilities.
