Currently, Albert is the Director of the ASA International Virtual Chapter Board. He has performed business valuation for SMEs, MNCs, government agencies, and publicly listed companies across diverse industries both locally in Singapore and overseas for purposes of capital fund-raising, fair value measurements for financial reporting, purchase price allocation, conducted impairment analyses, valuation of employee stock options plan or scheme (ESOPs or ESOSs). He also provided valuation advisory services in connection with management buy-outs, shareholders’ disputes, assets under matrimonial proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation of intellectual property rights. He specializes in valuing various asset classes, including all types of complex financial instruments, derivatives, structured products, and fixed-income securities.
