I am a United States Air Force Veteran.  After exiting the service in 1988, I graduated from Clarion University in 1992 magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration.  I then began my appraisal career as an apprentice before running my own appraisal firm for 15+ years.  In 2012, I was offered a staff appraiser position at Northwest Bank, and in 2017 I was promoted to Residential Appraisal Manager.  This was also the time I began learning both equipment and business valuations.  Currently, equipment and business valuations are under my scope of responsibility at Northwest Bank.  In addition to recently receiving my CMEA, I also have an ASA from the American Society of Appraisers and the SRA, AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute.
