Matt Mitchell is a native of Central Kentucky and has been involved in agriculture his entire life.  Raised on a 7,000-acre purebred and commercial cattle operation, he then spent more than 15 years as a successful farm manager, where he developed two different operations from the ground up. With a love of all things agriculture and the outdoors, he made the transition to real estate, where he has specialized in farm and ranch sales since 2014. A lifetime in agriculture has given Matt a unique perspective on land sales, equipment, and machinery appraisal along with livestock and equine valuations. He understands what it takes to bring real estate buyers and sellers together and build and run a top-level farming business.  He also has the expertise to honestly and fairly appraise all types of personal property, specializing in agriculture equipment and livestock.  Matt is a certified appraiser belonging to the American Society of Agriculture Appraisers and is a member of the NEBB Institute where he holds the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designation. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Kentucky.
