Mr. Ressmann has worked as an independent contractor to Equipment Appraisers of San Antonio under the supervision of two CMEA appraisers, Robert Howells and Doug Scheiding for almost a year prior to becoming a Certified Machinery Equipment Appraiser) as designated by the NEBB Institute.  CMEAs are located throughout the United States and several foreign countries and are used by banks, other lending institutions, CPAs, attorneys, business buyers/sellers, and others to provide needed estimated appraisal values for a variety of reasons.

In addition, Mr. Ressmann consults as an Equipment broker at Equipment Transactions while working towards his Certified Equipment Broker (CEB) certificate while under the stewardship of Robert Howells, CEB

In the past, Mr. Ressmann worked in the Geology/Hydrology field primarily with creating, editing, and interpreting map data, Network and Website Admin in the medical field, and in Automotive Restoration.
