He has more than 20 years of experience in machinery and equipment related business, and is available for Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisers Practice (USPAP) Compliant appraisals nationwide. His professional expertise includes a specialization in machinery equipment appraisal, ranging from small shops to companies with multiple locations and over 200 pieces of capital equipment. Sean is well-versed in acquisition due diligence, synergy identification, integration and consolidation.
Sean is an accomplished General and Operations Manager with an impressive track record in the successful start-up, reorganization, and turnaround of public and privately-owned companies both domestic and international. He has managed several companies, and has been utilized for Heavy Equipment & Fleet operations; Truck, Rail, & Barge Management; Multi-site Operations; Plant Management; Legal & Regulatory Compliance, and more. He engaged in due diligence of waste and recycling companies, identified E&P disposal, recycling and processing facilities for sale and negotiated terms. He assumed P&L and management leadership for an underperforming oilfield services business unit, leading operations due diligence of an $80 Million acquisition of a key competitor and testified before the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC. He lead the operational due diligence and post-acquisition activities leading to the successful evaluation, acquisition and integration of 40+ companies over an 18 month period.
Sean lives in Tomball, Texas, and has earned the AAS degree in Business Management from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.
