Daniel Hall is the General Manager of the National Equipment and Business Builders Institute, Inc. (NEBB) and International Society of Business Appraisers, Inc. (ISBA).  Prior to joining NEBB in 2013, Dan was a Commercial Loan Officer for a small boutique bank based in Richardson, Texas. Formerly, Dan was the Managing Partner of Alamo Corporate Group – Dallas a business brokerage firm. Dan’s experience includes sixteen years in the brokerage industry representing buy-side and sell-side clients involving Mid-market transactions in a variety of industries.

In 1994, Dan founded a professional business brokerage firm with no prior industry experience, successfully building an organization that produced 83 business sales transactions with deal sizes ranging from $100K to $25M. Dan opened a second brokerage office in Birmingham, Alabama in 2002 and continued to work in the investment banking arena. In January of 2007, Dan became Managing Partner of Alamo Corporate Group-Dallas.

Dan has been active in state and national industry trade associations over the past years and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice President/Treasurer of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB). Dan completed a second term on the Board of Directors of the IBBA and was also Chairman of the Membership Committee and is a Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) and NACVA. In 2006, he was awarded the Fellow of the IBBA award in recognition of his service to the organization as well as receiving the Chairman’s Award in 2008. Dan was elected to serve as Chairman of The M&A Source, a middle market trade association of intermediaries and other support professionals in 2009.

His professional credentials include the Master Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser (MCMEA), Certified Equipment Broker (CEB), Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) as well as a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts holding a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation. It is the educational experience provided by these designations which have provided a long list of satisfied appraisal and valuation clients.
