Faisal set up FTH in 1994 having spent several years with Andersen & Co. as the Middle East managing partner for corporate finance. With an extensive network of contacts in the region, Faisal has successfully closed many medium- to large-size transactions for clients in various industry segments, and has particular expertise in the arena of private placements and public offerings. Faisal holds an MBA from the University of Vermont and an MS in Accounting from the University of New Haven. He holds Certified Financial Consultant and a Certified Valuation Analyst (from NACVA) accreditations from the US. He also holds CVA, CMEA, CEB, CM&AA, ASA, and CFC certifications from USA in addition to Certified Private Equity Specialist (CPES) from the United States.
