Mr. Zoellner is President of Zoellner, Garten & Company; he founded the Business in 1988. Zoellner, Garten & Company performs services which include:

• Machinery & Equipment Appraisals
• Business Appraisals
• Representing Business Sellers & Buyers
• Private Company Advisory and Board Member Services

John has an extensive background which includes over 17 years in Commercial Banking, 14 of those with the Central Trust Company, Cincinnati, now PNC Bank. While at Central Trust he ran a $140 Million plus Division that financed Machinery & Equipment via term loans, leases and Industrial Development Bonds.

John is a Lifetime Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) and a Member of NEBB Institute (NEBB). He has earned the professional designation of Master Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser.

He currently serves as a Board Member and Financial Advisor to several businesses in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, and has served in a similar capacity for a number of diverse Businesses over the past 25 years.

John moved to Cincinnati in 1973 from Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and a Masters of Business Administration. Finance degree from Xavier University. He enjoys playing golf, coaches a fast pitch softball team in the summer, gives private fastpitch softball pitching lessons and conducts fastpitch clinics. John resides in Fort Thomas, KY with his wife Tami.
