Mr. Marino holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, and served as a Vice President of Commercial Lending for two regional publically traded banks with a combined asset value over $1.3 billion dollars. His experience includes a broad range of advising on loan transactions from Commercial Construction, Asset Based, Commercial Real Estate, C&I and Equipment/Machinery.

Mr. Marino is responsible for overseeing transactions with an aggregate value over $500 million for various small cap and middle market companies in essentially all industries. His transaction experience touches all aspects of debt placement from mergers & acquisitions, senior debt restructuring and leveraged capital transactions.

Mr. Marino has been awarded the CMEA designation from the NEBB Institute and is also a member of the International Society of Business Analysts & Ohio Bankers League. Mr. Marino also sits on the Committee of the Kent Regional Economic Growth Corporation and is a Director of Van Swiss Companies, Ltd.
