Dennis is the Founder of The Henderson Business Group. I truly feel blessed being able to help educate and advise folks about how they might participate in "The Great American Dream" of buying or selling their own business. Being involved in the process is an honor, as well as a tremendous responsibility, not to be taken lightly. Having owned and sold several businesses since 1983, I am able to relate to both buyers and sellers, while assisting them with the process.

For 20 years, Dennis was the owner of a successful Manufacturer's Representative agency, serving clients throughout the Midwestern USA, in the custom engineered metals industry, plastics processing manufacturing, injection molding, rotational molding and blow molding fields, and the stamping, castings and machine parts business.

Along the way Dennis also owned a microbrewery. In prior years he was Sales Manager for a distributor of machine tools, cutting tools and industrial supplies.

In addition to being one of the most successful business brokers in the Midwest, Dennis is a certified machinery & equipment appraiser.
