Mr. Monge has been appraising businesses and real estate since 1999.
His business appraisals have included the valuation of manufacturing, construction, medical, retail and service entities. Additionally, he has appraised all types of real estate properties.
Prior eminent domain appraisal assignments have given him a solid and extensive understanding of the eminent domain process with regards to business and real estate involvement.
He has also appraised businesses for other purposes such as for financing, estate taxation, marital dissolution, and for setting selling prices.
His company, H H Appraisal and Brokerage Company, offers appraisals and brokerage services for both real estate and business interests.
Additionally, he is a Registered Investment Adviser. His knowledge and experience gives him a solid background for the valuation of businesses, machine and equipment, and real estate.

Mr. Monge has an M.B.A. degree in finance from San Diego State University.
Additionally, he has taken machinery and equipment appraisal classes from NEBB Institute. In addition, he has taken valuation and appraisal classes by the Institute of Business Appraisers, the American Society of Appraisers, the Appraisal Institute, and the International of Right of Way Association.

Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser from the NEBB Institute, Business Certified Appraiser from the International Society of Business Appraiser, Certified Business Appraiser from the Institute of Business Appraisers, California Real Estate Appraisal License (General Appraiser able to appraise all types of real estate), California Real Estate and Business Broker and a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).
In addition, Mr. Hector Monge is an adjunct professor at San Diego University for Integrative Studies (SDUIS). He teaches business classes at this institution.
