George Lanza, CBI, CMEA, CSBA

George is President of Plethora Businesses and is actively involved with our merger and acquisitions services. His experience in management, business valuations and mergers and acquisition expands over 30 years.

George began his career as a boat designer, production architect and plant manager for Islander Yachts, a ship manufacturer. He moved on from there to take a positions as Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Mark Industries, a manufacturer of hydraulic aerial lift equipment. He also served as Manufacturing and Engineering Manager a Multi-plant operation for Lear Siegler, a major defense contractor.

From 1986 thru 1998, representing a group of investors as its CEO and with correspondent relations with Great Western Bank,George strategically grew Equity Lending & Investments, a mortgage banking firm utilizing mergers and acquisitions to expanded to three states burgeoning sales over $200 million.

After the divesture of the firm, George dedicated his full time efforts to the development of Plethora businesses.

George got his initial college education in ship design and construction at the Naval Academy of Argentina. After coming to the United States, he attended the University of California, Irvine with a Mfg. Engineering mayor. In 1986 went on to obtain a degree in International Managerial Relations from the University of Southern California. In 1996-1998 attended Ca. State Fullerton in the Mortgage Banking Certification Program.

In addition, George Is a Certified Senior Business Appraiser, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser and Certified Business Intermediary by the International Business Brokers Association.
